We are all looking to tone our abs and are willing to do anything to make it happen. Well here is a quick and easy exercise you can do anywhere to give you that help. You simply need to squeeze or suck in your belly button toward your back. Hold it there for 15 seconds and then release. Do this for 10 to 15 reps. If you are doing this throughout the day whenever you can even while driving you will start to notice a difference in no time. It is quick and easy and you can do this exercise anywhere without anyone noticing.
While you are on the phone, you can do exercise even if you do not realize it. Consider doing arm circles while on the phone. Here you will be able to work out your arms and hold a conversation. Start by stretching your free hand away from your body. Then do a small controlled circle with your arm for 30 seconds. Then rest for 3 seconds while still holding the arm out. Then rotate your arm backwards for 30 seconds. Rest it for 3 seconds and repeat the whole cycle twice more. Then switch hands and do the same exercise for your other arm. This will develop shoulder strength.
While you are in the shower, you can get in exercise as well. consider the option of using your shampoo bottle as your weight and you can do tricep exercises. Grip the bottle with both hands and raise it over your head so your elbows point at the ceiling. Slowly raise your arms up leaving your elbows up. Bring your lower arms so they are parallel with the ceiling and hold for two seconds. Do this slowly and apply your own resistance. Do this for 12 reps and 2 sets. Then you should increase the number of repetitions to 15 and sets to 3 as you get more comfortable.
When you take to the kids to the park and let them play at the swing set or on the playground, you will be able to get your exercise in as well. Go the border around the playground equipment and do leg lifts. You can do this by resting the balls of your feet on the edging and then lifting straight up. You will then hold it for a three count and then lower yourself to where your heels are below the top of the edging. Continue to do this for 10 to 12 repetitions for three sets. It will only take minutes and will do wonders for your hamstrings and your calves.
Who says drying your hair has no benefits. Well note it can. While you are running your blow drier, you can do squats that will help to build your core strength and to improve your thighs and glutes. You start by positioning your feet so they are facing out. Then while you are blow-drying your hair, bend at your knees and go straight down. Hold it for 10 to 15 seconds and then go back up. Do this for 12 to 15 repetitions. Continue to do 3 sets while you are blow-drying your hair. You will begin to see results in no time.
Here you can do an exercise for your glutes and thighs while waiting in line at the grocery store check out counter. While holding your cart, lift your fit of one leg and rest it on your opposite knee. Then you will squat on your one leg for 3 seconds. Alternate your legs while you do this in order to be able to stretch and strengthen those leg and lower back muscles. You will be able to do this the whole time you wait in line. As you continue to do this every time you can start to increase the time to 5 and then 10 seconds for each leg to continue to build up strength and resistance.
One way to get in isometric exercise while on the go is to take advantage of being stopped in traffic and having to wait at stoplights. When you are at a light you will want to put your hands at the ten and two positions on the steering wheel as you do this squeeze your arms towards each other so you will be working out your core. You can not only do this with your arms but you can incorporate your entire body by squeezing and holding for fifteen seconds. This is a good and quick isometric exercise you can do while on the go. Do not forget your breathing as you are driving to help maximize the results.
This is a shoulder exercise you can do anywhere at any time and will be opt benefit you your neck, abs and shoulders. In this shoulder toning working, you simply stand with your feet shoulder width apart and with your back straight. Here you will hold and flex your abs as you raise your shoulders and hold them for 3 seconds.

Whoever said cleaning the house was a workout was not kidding. However, they did not think about the fact that you could be getting a lot more out of your daily housecleaning than you really were. Consider that every time you vacuum, you could be doing lunge exercises.
Simply flex your abs while vacuuming and then as you push the vacuum stretch to a kneel on one leg and then get back up and rotate legs. By doing these lunge workouts, you are increasing range and motion in your legs as well as working your thigh muscles. Consider doing it every time you vacuum and even after for better results.
While you are doing the laundry, you can continue to feel good while working out at home. Here you will be able to do squat exercises while loading the washer and again while you are unloading it. Simply spread your legs shoulder width apart and squat around the clothes basket as you are loading the washer. Hold the position for ten seconds and then rise up only using your legs. Then squat again. Do this ten times and hold it for ten seconds each time. This will strengthen and tone your calves and workout your glutes as well, all while doing the laundry.
